Fitness and Gym Classes

Morning times in Fight Fit Dojo are focused on fitness classes. These are 30 or 45 minute sessions and a combination of sessions are on offer. 

With classes based on HIIT sessions, TRX, Core Strength, Boxercise and Strike Fit, Circuit Training and Strength & Conditioning, classes are limited to a maximum of 14 people to maximise instructor guidance and space for those looking for an excellent all round focus on fitness and strength.

Also on offer are food and menu programmes to supplement the training regime. These classes are very popular and pre-booking is essential.

Personal training options are also available, just talk to our instructors for details. Group private bookings are also available, ideal for sports teams looking to improve on their fitness,  strength and team building.
